Zaha Hadid architects might soon be creating a 1400-foot skyscrape in Manhattan’s midtown area. The project, however, is still to be finalized and faces major obstacles to realisation, ranging from the possibilities that this could be a conflict of interest for Jared Kushner, the former CEO of Kushner Companies and current advisor to President Trump. The skyscraper will consist of a hotel and a series of luxury condos. Its lower levels will be dedicated retail space.
